However this requires an equipment pushed enough to support at the same time broad libraries of sounds, many effects calculated real-time, quality recording...

The production chain must be the most consistent of the capture of the sound in its restitution by way of the suffered treatments.

Operating system

Model: VISTA 64 bits PRO

The operating system in 64 bits allows to use more of 3,25Go random access memory, maximum border on systems 32 bits. A BONE 64 bits is an indisputable advantage when it is a question of exploiting a shape at the farthest.

Card mother

Model: ASUS P5E

The choice of the card mother depends partly on the processor which they want to use. You should be necessary not neglect the possibilities of future evolutions (numbers of slots PCI, from RAM).

Processor

Model: INTEL Q6600

Quad Core allows to paralléliser the data processing by CPU. If they are entirely exploited by software (such as Cubase 4), they allow to win a considerable time.

Random access memory

Model: CORSAIR 8GO (4x2Go)

Vista 64 bits allows from now on to exploit more of 3,25Go random access memory. The card mother is here in its maximum with 8Go in 4 hair slides of 2Go. RAM is a necessary element to load sounds banks and to allow so a bigger use suppleness.

Hard disks

Model 2: DIGITAL WESTERN VELOCIRAPTOR 600To 32Mo 10000t / min

Ideally, it is necessary to dedicate a hard disk to every library fond of good food to earn disc in access. Here quatres discs hard was divided there:

Feeding must be rather stable in time and rather powerful to make work all the components.

Nine Hundred is a boitier of imposing size composed of 4 fans:
- two on the facade before
- one on the upper part of the boitier
- one in the back
Aeration must be efficient a suffisament to avoid any superheating.

Screen

Model: SAMSUNG T220 22 thumbs

T220 is a screen 22 thumbs size of which is a necessary comfort to show complex pieces in a sequencer such as Cubase.
